Temperature Compensating Attenuator MMIC(TCA MMIC)

Microwave Control ICs

The Temperature Compensating Attenuator MMIC (TCA MMIC) is an RF monolithic microwave integrated circuit. It leverages temperature-dependent attenuation characteristics to automatically compensate gain variation of amplifiers and other active components across temperature changes, stabilizing output level of RF systems over wide temperature range. Featuring wideband RF performance, low VSWR and configurable temperature slope, it is available in bare-die form for chip-and-wire assembly and compact multi-chip module integration. It is widely used in wireless communication, satellite communication, RF test & measurement and broadband array systems to maintain channel gain flatness.
