Voltage Variable Attenuator MMIC(VVA MMIC)
Microwave Control ICs
The Voltage Variable Attenuator MMIC (VVA MMIC) is an RF monolithic microwave integrated circuit. It continuously adjusts RF signal attenuation via external analog control voltage to achieve smooth and continuous amplitude tuning. Featuring wideband RF performance, good linearity and favorable port matching, it is available in absorptive and non-absorptive topologies. Supplied in bare-die form for chip-and-wire assembly and compact multi-chip module integration. It is widely used in automatic gain control (AGC) loops, wireless communication, satellite communication, RF test & measurement and broadband array systems for dynamic signal level adjustment.
