Bypass Multifunctional Chip
Multi-Function Chip
An amplifier/bypass multifunctional chip is a multifunctional microwave/millimeter-wave chip that integrates an amplifier, RF switches, and control circuits on a single chip. Through control signals, it switches between amplification mode and bypass mode: in amplification mode, the signal is amplified with gain; in bypass mode, the signal is routed directly without passing through the amplification chain, featuring low insertion loss, high linearity, and low power consumption. The product features high gain, high isolation, fast switching speed, good amplitude/phase consistency, high integration, small size, and high reliability. It can cover the DC–50 GHz microwave/millimeter-wave signal chain and meet the requirements of different quality grades of national military standards (GJB) and various application platform environments. It is widely used in phased-array radar, T/R modules, communications, electronic countermeasures, satellite communications, test and measurement, and other fields. Based on GaAs, GaN, SiGe, CMOS and other process platforms, the company can provide customized amplifier/bypass multifunctional chip solutions according to customer needs.
