I/Q Mixer Chip

Frequency Conversion Series

I/Q Mixer Chip (Quadrature Mixer) integrates a pair of mixer cells with orthogonal phases, converting RF signals down into in-phase (I) and quadrature (Q) baseband signals. It features outstanding quadrature phase accuracy and amplitude balance, which effectively rejects image frequency and reduces spurious signals to simplify RF transceiver front-end design.
With good port isolation, linearity and frequency conversion performance, it is suitable for wideband RF links and widely used in software-defined radios, wireless communications, RF test and measurement instruments.
