Other multifunctional chips are a supplementary category of the company's multifunctional chip product line. They cover products that are not included in the aforementioned typical categories but integrate two or more RF functions on a single chip based on MMIC and SiP technologies. Depending on application requirements, these chips can integrate combinations of functions such as amplification, switching, attenuation, phase shifting, limiting, mixing, frequency multiplication, frequency division, filtering, amplitude/phase control, bypass/through path, and bidirectional amplification. They feature high integration, small size, light weight, good consistency, and high reliability, and can cover the DC–50 GHz microwave/millimeter-wave signal chain. They meet the requirements of different quality grades of national military standards (GJB) and various application platform environments, and are widely used in phased-array radar, T/R modules, communications, electronic countermeasures, satellite communications, test and measurement, and other fields. Based on GaAs, GaN, SiGe, CMOS and other process platforms, the company can provide customized solutions for other multifunctional chips according to customer needs.
